Pre-Order Policy | Payment and Cancellation of Pre-Orders

Pre-orders require payment in full at the time of ordering. If you decide to cancel your pre-order, please be aware that we will issue store credit only; cash refunds are not available for cancelled pre-orders. It’s important to understand that refunds in the form of original payment cannot be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to production delays, shipping delays, or any delays attributable to our suppliers.

In the event that a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable due to issues with our supplier, making it impossible for us to fulfill your order, we will then issue a full refund.

We advise against placing a pre-order if you are not prepared to wait, should there be any delays. Delays, especially with Pokémon-related products, are not uncommon and should be anticipated.

Receiving Your Pre-Order

Pre-order items will be shipped only when every item in the order is in stock. Please be aware that estimated delivery or release dates provided by our suppliers are subject to change due to unforeseen production or shipping delays. We commit to keeping you informed and delivering your order as promptly as possible. Updates and announcements will be shared through our social media channels.

For customers wishing to purchase both in-stock items and pre-order items, we recommend placing separate orders. This ensures that your in-stock items are dispatched without delay.

Please note, the price of your pre-order is locked in at the time of purchase and will not change.

Return Policy | Order Cancellation & Returns

Order Cancellation

You have the option to cancel your online order via email within 48 hours of making the payment, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

Returns

  • Mystery Boxes: You may return unopened/unused merchandise in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • TCG Mystery Packs: Due to the nature of TCG Mystery Packs, which include a surprise element, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once delivered.

Initiating a Return

To start the return process, please contact us at [email protected] with your receipt or proof of purchase. Upon your request, we will provide a Return Authorization Number that must be included with your return package.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and send an email confirmation. We will then inform you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will result in an exchange, a credit to your original payment method, or another appropriate resolution determined in good faith by us. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item for the processing of exchanges or refunds.
