How a Mystery Boxx works

  1. Choose a Boxx

    Pick a Boxx, and its plan where it has one, on the Boxx's page.

  2. Tell us what you love

    At checkout you tick one to three franchises we pack for: Pokémon, Marvel, DC Comics, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Dragon Ball Z, Lego, Gaming, Disney. On a 3, 6 or 12 month plan you can change the franchises for later Boxxes by emailing [email protected]; a Boxx that has already shipped cannot be changed.

  3. We pack it and ship it

    Each Boxx is personalised and ships about two weeks after your order, then 3-5 working days with the courier. Delivery: Pudo locker R79 or courier R119, nationwide.

What a Galaxy Boxx Mystery Boxx is

A Galaxy Boxx Mystery Boxx is a box of authentic, licensed collectibles packed for you by fans. At checkout you tick one to three franchises from our list: Pokémon, Marvel, DC Comics, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Dragon Ball Z, Lego, Gaming and Disney. We then source the items for your Boxx: figures such as Funko Pop, merchandise, replicas, keychains, stickers and other collectibles from the franchises you chose. A Boxx holds anywhere from 3 to 15 items, depending on your franchises and what our suppliers have. What is inside stays a surprise until you open it.

There are four tiers. The Sneak Peek Boxx is a once-off Boxx and the easiest way to try us. The Silver, Gold and Diamond Boxxes each hold more, and more exclusive, items than the tier below. You can buy them once-off or on a 3, 6 or 12 month plan, paid monthly; a longer plan costs less per Boxx, and a plan ends by itself after its last month. On a plan you can change your franchises for later Boxxes by email.

Every Boxx is personalised, so it ships about two weeks after your order, or after each monthly payment. Delivery is charged on every order: R119 by courier or R79 to a Pudo locker. Add a name at checkout and we include a gift card.
