How it works

Three steps to your boxx

  1. 01Choose your boxxPick a tier and how often it comes: 3, 6 or 12 months, or once-off where the tier offers it.
  2. 02Tell us what you loveAt checkout you pick one to three franchises, and add a name for a gift card if it is a present. On a 3, 6 or 12 month plan you can change the franchises for later Boxxes by emailing [email protected]; a Boxx that has already shipped cannot be changed.
  3. 03We source it, then it shipsEach Boxx is personalised: about two weeks after your order (or renewal payment) it ships, then 3-5 working days with the courier, or to a Pudo locker.

Each mystery boxx is carefully curated and packed with various items ranging from action figures, merchandise, replicas, keychains, stickers, and more. There really is something for everyone in our mystery boxxes.

The excitement of GalaxyBoxx lies in the mystery of what you’ll receive in each boxx. Every boxx is unique & a surprise; you never know what you’re going to get! Will you receive a limited edition Funko Pop! featuring your favorite superhero? Will you get a rare collectible that you can’t find anywhere else? The possibilities are endless, and the excitement of unboxing your GalaxyBoxx each month will keep you coming back for more.

What you get inside depends on how much you spend. We offer a Silver Boxx, Gold Boxx & the holy grail of boxxes, the Diamond Boxx. Our boxxes can be a once off gift or a monthly subscription, you choose.

Each Boxx is personalised, so we need about two weeks after your order (or renewal payment) to source the items and ship it.

Before you sign up: ending a plan early

A 3, 6 or 12 month plan costs less a month than a once-off Boxx because it runs for its whole term. If you end it before its last month is paid, an early-ending fee of 10% of the Boxx price of the months not yet paid applies (delivery is not counted). The fee is charged to the card on file for your plan. For example, a 12-month plan at R3099,95 a month ended after 4 payments: 8 months x R3099,95 x 10% = R2479,96.

You can pause your plan in My Account instead: nothing is charged while it is paused, and the months you have left are kept. To cancel, email [email protected]. Terms and Conditions
